EDUCATORS AND SCHOOL TONE t c t in ln music, tone is sound quality. ln phy- A siology, tone is a health condition of body, mind and spirit. A most important factor in the develop- ment of TONE is exemplary administrators and teachers. Educators are charged with the re- sponsibility to provide the leadership that produces a quality tone , a healthy tone . Administrators and teachers should disci- pline their behavior so that students have Worthy examples to emulate. We frequently talk to students of their get -by habits in the performing of class- room assignments. Educators must not exhibit get-by conduct where moral in- tegrity, citizenship or lesson preparation or other related school responsibilities are concerned! Another factor that influences school TONE is the establishment of a curricular and extra curricular program that is a challenge to youth and is constantly changing to meet the needs of youth. Alvah Turner A third factor that does influence TONE, Superintendent Of U- 5-11 5495 is the opportunity for students to be in- volved, thru student council, clubs, activi- ties, and evaluating teams to feel respons- ible for the development of the School Pro- grams! Good School TONE is an everyday job for all, administrators, teachers and stu- dents!
