BISHOP BARRY In the season opener, Randy lVIc- Kean's 15 yard pass to Danny Wil- liams, followed by a one yard keeper- off tackle, put Largo on the scoreboard in the first quarter. The last three quarters were marked by a stubborn defensive play by both teams. Offen- sive honors were taken by Haire who totaled 108 yards rushing. The final score 14-6 gave the game to Barons. Packers Maintain Spirit Even Though TARPON SPRINGS Although spirits were high at this second game, Largo could not hold Tar- pon's offense. The Packers' only score came in the fourth quarter on a drive led by Dermis Cason. Climaxing the drive was a 5-yard touchdown run by Gary Haire. A proud Packer crowd shows their spirit.
