CLERICAL STAFF 1 -1-fe:iYe'fa' it J Mrs. Weeks, records clerk, is responsible for all student files. The efficient secretarial staff is an in- dispensable part of the administration. In ad- dition to keeping all student record files cur- rent and handling staff correspondence, the secretaries process paper work for students as well as faculty members. All money trans- actions for school activities are administered by the bookkeeper. In case of injury or illness, students are cared for by the school nurse who assists in such cases and advises students in health needs.
