The purpose of the club is to promote a better understanding ofthe Spanish language and customs and a closer relationship between students of our school and PanAAmerican students. Latin Club The Latin Club was organized last year and has as its motto, Ex Libris Latinae Venit Scientian meaning From the books of Latin, comes knowledge . 'lliis club is trying to gain a knowledge of Latin so tliat it may put it to some lielplul use in tlie future. Activities for this year were: entering a float and skit in the Homecoming Activities, at' tending the Latin Convention. and some of the members participated in contests during tlie year.
