N.H.S. rec- ognizes students with high qualities in scholarship, leadership, character, and service. A student must have a B average or better to be consid- ered for the society. This year there was no set percent of students enter- ing as in years past. Teachers rated the students and those receiving a set number of points were accepted. The N.H.S. sponsored several skat- ing parties during the year as money making projects. They were also in charge of presentations of the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Eas- ter convocations.
