The Last Basketball Homecoming The twenty-first of December brought the excitement of the an- nual Homecoming festivities. As the candidates appeared the entire gym was engulfed in the silence of antici- pation. Excitement suddenly took over as Julie Olesky was crowned 1974-75 Homecoming queen by last year's queen Alicia Wilhoite. The royal court included two Seniors, Brenda Stephens and Cindy Forrerg Junior, Debbie Van Buskirkg Soph- omore, Diana Campfieldg and Fresh- man, Julie Hankins. The class of 1976 took first place in the float com- petition. This is the last year the Homecoming will be presented dur- ing basketball season. All following ceremonies will take place during the regular football season. The eve- ning will be one that will long be re- membered by all who were present. 14 Homecoming l The royal court views the game from a festively decorated stage.
