8th Grade Has Great Year On February 14 a group of ballplayers, Won 24 Lost 0 cheerleaders, and fans and a proud coach cel¬ Lapel Opp. ebrated wildly as the eighth grade Bulldogs 33 29 Mt. Vernon topped Pendleton to complete a perfect season. 39 29 Hamilton S. E . Under the direction and guidance of Coach 50 18 Ingalls Brookfield, the eighth grade finished the year 61 43 Fall Creek with a phenomenal season record of 24 con¬ 62 45 Jackson Twp. secutive wins. Included in these are 3 49 31 Markleville tourney victories, for the young Bulldogs 36 17 Highland downed Ingals, Leach, and St. Ambrose to 43 38 Hamilton Heights St. Mary ' s capture the championship title in the 1968 55 33 Junior High Invitational Tourney.
