Family Looking around Lapeer East one might think they are seeing double. With so many sets of twins, this is easy to understand. If having a twin, look-alike or not, can make things interesting, having your mom or dad at school really can. Having a family member at school can definitely have its disadvantages. Not only must you con- stantly behave , for fear of looking around the corner and seeing the face of your brother or sister, but you must always be reminded of life at home and your family. Aside from the bad things, a brother, sister, mom or dad can came in quite handy. When home- work assignments are forgotten, they always seem to remember. They will lend a helping hand when your day has gone badly. They are always around when you need a shoulder to lean on, or just a little push to keep your day moving. These things can be a rewarding part of anyone's life, and can also bring you closer. TOP Left: Marty and Kelly Russell. Center: East staff and chil- dren. Right: The Speck Sisters.
