One of the highlights of the football season (in some opinions) was the halftime show This year, hours of practice during and after school brought us Storybook Characters and Saturday Night Live , among other shows The Marching Band also kept up spirit during games and pep assemblies, and set the pace for the Homecoming activities For 'LE Music, 79 , the Marching Band became an excellent stage band, thrill- ing the audience with an exciting performance Whatever Lapeer East was doing, the band provided the background music 16 Student Life
