’TWAS THE DAY BEFORE VACATION Peek-a-boo Santa says, “Eat your heart out “Thwing!” Santa’s little elves. On December 17, 1976, a new tradition was begun. All the classes showed Christmas spirit by decorating classrooms. Mr. Thwing won first prize; Miss Routhier won Rookie of the Year; Mrs. Grunawalt won Honorable Mention; Mr. Kaiser and Mr. Kinzer, unfortunately, were disqualified.
