DANIEL WARREN Class President PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE Today we reach a milestone along our highway of life. As a class we conclude our high school career, and as individuals we prepare to move on to new fields of interest and activity. For three years we have been together in high school. Now we go our separate ways. Some will go on in higher education and professional training. Others will make their start in the business World. Probably all of us will never be together again as we are today. Time and circumstance will scatter us abroad as leaves Hy before the wind. But cherished memories of L.H.S.-good times at 'Burgh, friendships formed, sound scholastic preparation-all these, and many others, will remain with us throughout our lives to keep us close to one another. We wish to thank Mr. Wheeler, Wilson and the Faculty for their many kindnesses. They have been patient with us, they have tried to under- stand our problems, they have been interested in our activities, and they have sought to direct our aspirations in healthful and helpful channels. We hope that time will prove that their faith in us was not misplaced, and that the time and effort they expended in our behalf was not wasted. We wish to thank our parents for the sacrifices they have made to further our education, for the generous care they have bestowed upon us, and for the loving concern they have in our future welfare and happiness.
