t. rwtmsmwm sm, M. . . l DWIGHT H. RICH, A.B., M.A. Superintendent of Lansing Michigan Public Schools Superintendent Rich was born in Michigan City, North Dakota. He grad- uated from the Hancock Michigan High School and earned his degrees from Kalamazoo College and Columbia University. Before assuming the superin- tendency, he held the following teaching and administrative positions-Assist ant Coach, Kalamazoo High School, Athletic Director, Lansing High Schooly Assistant Principal, Lansing, High Schoolg Principal ot Eastern High School. Superintendent Rich is a Past President of the Michigan Schoolmasters Club and a member of the legislative committee of the Michigan Education Asso- ciation. He is a member ot the Exchange Club, ot the Masonic Lodge, and of the American Legion. His hobbies are all athletics and aviation. The Oracle Board joins with all students and teachers in extending a hearty welcome to our new superintendent. We look forward to great progress in our schools under his able administration.
