ORACLE- FOREWORD e, the staff of nineteen hundred tvventyfeight present to you our classmates and friends, this edition of THE 0RACLE with the hope that it not only will be a pleasing summary of the events of your high school days at graduation time, but will prove a source of future pleasure. Our theme, Music, which forms the basis of artistic expression throughout the book, is signiicant of the mutual harmony of friendship which you and we have enjoyed during our high school careers. A special historical section is one of the new features. It has been added in commemoration of this year which marks the dissolution of the hitherto single body of Lansing High School students. We Wish to express our sincere appreciation to Miss Lula Smith and her art classes who have done much to make this URACLE an artistic production.
