They also lost one game to Candor which enabled us to be Co-Champions with Groton. This is the first championship ever Won by Lansing in football. We had 17 letter men on the squad and are losing only 3. They are: Avery Zimmerman, Albert Moore and Bruce Croft. Our game with Candor was played in 3 inches of snow and Water. Our only loss to Groton was lost in the last 25 seconds of the game. J oe Trinkl was elected honorary captain for the season. l 481
