 R. Barnes eludes tackier! Donnelly hangs in there! Winning has become a way of life for football players at Lansdowne-Aldan High School. This year’s team was probably the smallest in overall size of any taking the field wearing Garnet and Gray, but they are great in stature when it comes to the assets necessary to be a success in the game of life. The young men being honored are a selfless group. Many of them have suffered disappointments in being moved from starting positions. Some were moved to completely new positions requiring difficult skills. They helped one another to become better football players, and in their brief disappointment, they molded a team. Not one of them complained. Rather each and every boy cheered the other and together they gave one another encouragement. D. MacMullcn gets lunched! WINNING TAKES MANY FORMS When all the records are written for these young men. the win and loss column for football 1968 will be insignificant to the win and loss column of life's challenges. Continuance of the qualities exhibited by this group will write an overwhelming number of victories in the challenges that, for them, lie ahead. The Coaches Where's Chi? 17
