DAWN OF SCHOOL DAY Lansdowne Lords and Ladies find their way to school each morning from the four corners of the town. Some slide into first base in front of the school in their Model T, pulling the brakes and mak- ing a dash for Home Room as the fatal bell stops ringing. However, the unfortunates who have to run the mile, grab their breakfast on the way out of the house and get to school in time to gather their books and chat in Home Room for a few minutes before the late bell rings.
