ELWOOD HOFFMAN Hoffie El wood is the quiet young fellow who is one of the mainstays of the band and orchestra. Yet it is understood that the quietness is a disguise worn around school, and that in private life he’s quite a lady killer. But that’s all right, because he doesn’t let them interfere with his good, steady work.
