If the purposes of this International Organization are realized in bringing about a mutual understanding among the peoples of the world our fear of the use of atomic energy for destructive purposes should be greatly minimized. UNESCO attempts to promote a force greater than the atomic bomb-namely, creative and cooperative good will. Do you have faith that the greater force will prevail?
