She understands each girl's problems and helps her to make the right decisions. Each year Mrs. Richardson guides the girls in planning their schedules. lfacli junior is given an individual interview. ln addition she helps senior girls to choose a college and to secure scholarships. Lester Brooks, dean of hoys. To the students and especially to his boys, hir. Brooks is much more than a dean. The informal atmosphere of his ollice encourages hors to drop in just for a chat or some tatlierly advice. They know he is genuinely concerned with their welfare. In addition to these time-consuming duties, hir. Brooks still finds time to he advisor to the Student Council.
