Stiekney's private secre- tary. carefully and patiently arranges every stu.lent's sehedule for each semester. Other duties include managing the sehool's treasury, recording grades. and distributing supplies to the departments. Miss Monahan, attendance clerk, keeps a record of the time eaeh student spends in school. Her work begins when the stream of attendance slips come rushing in from the classrooms to tell her who is ahsent. fXrranging the monthly attendance record in successiye order and compiling the school's honor roll are part of her other tasks. When the teachers pass our review sheets, tests, and referenee material, we have Nlr. Patton to thank. Nlr. Patton and the Orlice assistants ease the work of Miss Pareher and Nliss Monahan.
