Mrs. Boehner acts as secretary to Mr. Stickney and to the deans. An- Jther of her duties is that of keeping an accurate account of the financial status of the school's organizations. ln addition to these tasks, she willingly Dffers her assistance to any of the faculty who ntight have need of her secre- arial talents. Mrs. Hill performs the very irnportant job of keeping the attendance rec- Drd of each Lanphier student. Each term she prepares the honor roll for tho school. X DtUNlT O.. LG' f I DEAN OF GIRLS Dr. Ruth O. Walker, dean of girls, performs many jobs at Lanphier. She offers her assistance to any student who is interested in going to college, finding a job, or seeking guidance in personal affairs. One of the most important jobs bestowed upon her is the supervision of all psychological testing that is ap- plied to the students. She devotes a considerable amount of time to the preparation of the school social calen- dar. ln addition to these numerous ac- tivities, she also advises the Radio Guild. The cordial manner in which she operates her office makes working with her a pleasure. lt5l DEAN OF BOYS Mr. Coby, Lanphier's dean of boys, spends many hours advising Student Council, Key Club, and City Student Council. To the members of these or- ganizations, he is an indispensable consultant and friend. He has yielded much of his leisure time to chaperoning the social activities of these organiza- tions. Lanphier's Dean of Boys issues ad- mits, arranges schedules, secures partf time jobs for ambitious boys, and coun- sels those seeking advice. l-le checks credits and keeps permanent records, also. Even though Mr. C-oby has sufficient duties of his own to perform, he is ever- ready to assist whenever he is needed. Owing to his congenial smile and his endeavors, both during and after school, Mr. Goby has made a friend of every student and faculty member at Lanphier. . . . ,f' -1.
