DAVID SOUTHMAYD WINFRED HANSEN Senior-Guard junior-E-nd MIKE SPILLER FRANK PARTEE4 Senior-Quarterback junior-Tackle Lanier Sweeps Seguin After the first seven minutes of the Seguin game, Lanier climaxed a drive when Randy Peschel threw a touchdown pass to Stanley Thomas, which ended in a 40 yard scoring play. Less than seven minutes later, Peschel ran 60 yards for the second Viking touchdown, to make the score 12-O. Six minutes deep into the second quarter, Peschel again ran 45 yards for a touchdown with the point after try being successful. This made the score 19-0. The second half was an exchange of kicks with neither team scoring.
