From the pep rallies at 7:45 in the morning to the club meetings in the afternoon, tradition continued. Even with these reforms and changes in lifestyle, Poets continued to show other schools that the tradition that has endured for 75 years, is still alive. Furthermore, the word “tradition” at Lanier is not only a word, but also a way of life. Shannon Holliday and JoAnne Lucci show the closeness shared between teachers and students at Lanier.
