MAJOR DAVID L. CARTER Senior Army Instructor I wish to express my congratulations upon the completion of another year of your preparation for the future. The Cadet Corps of 1966-67 has been most impressive in it ' s spirit, morale, willingness, discipline, appearance, and the determination to do an excellent job. As an ROTC student at this institution, you have had a very special opportunity to combine your regular academic training with a course of military instruction. This training will aid and assist each of you in your preparation for leadership in both civilian and military careers. This school year has been another gratifying year for me to supervise your many accomplishments, and each of you can be proud of the fact that you played a major role in continuing Lanier as an Honor School plus. CADET COL. STEVE C. CARREKER Brigade Commander This year Lanier ' s brigade has gone far and beyond all the expectations of any Junior ROTC brigade. Each cadet has played an important role in a brigade who ' s chief concern has been the individual. I thank each of you so much for the many rewarding moments and experiences. This year has definitely been the greatest and most rewarding year of my life. Each of you are to be given credit for the beautiful future that lies ahead for Lanier ' s ROTC program and I know that God will bless you for it. Steve Carreker Cadet Colonel Brigade Commander
