FBLA gives students an insight into the various functions of business as well as a better understanding of the Ameri- can free enterprise system. This year, FBLA members were involved in a number of activities and projects. Field trips to the West Point Pepperell Engineering Department and the Valley National Bank computer facilities provided students with an up-close look at these important aspects of business. The Valley wide Childrens Fun Festival gave members the chance to become involved with a communi- ty project. Members volunteered services such as typing letters, making posters and handing out candy to children at the festival. 102
