LHS students strive for ex- cellence in everything they do, whether it is in the hard work of the athletes, superior ratings brought home by the band, or academic achievements as seen in the math team's first place trophy. LHS stu- dents think excellence is the Right Stuff. 'Q O 'O 9 Q 1 3 g Q 9 .Q Q. ' Q 0' Q' 0' g wk Q 6 O Q : 4S .L as A , Q' A0535 'f ' v e YC ff' r. ma' X . . . SPIRIT Panther pride, cheerleaders, painted faces, and decorated halls are all a part of LHS spirit. At a time when spirit is lacking in many schools, Lanett students eagerly show their enthusiasm and support. Pep rallies are looked for- ward to by all, and the in- tense rivalry between classes as they compete for the spirit stick creates even more ex- citement. When it comes to A spirit, LHS students have the Q 0 X, Right Stuff, 9 ,, it V w K - ! s o P s f -ea h I 9 ' 1 ' 0 ' Q . o ' A P, 0 ', o 'v Q 0 Q 0 C Q O 1 5 E A M, V M 5 2 E my xx E 5 V ? il ii 1 X A Q A 4 gs-X 1 ' 1 1 x . 4 A a ' , X l 5 ---LIFE 0 C C Q 'Q 0 5 A : ' 0 . Classes are varied, and students take courses in the basics as well as electives which broaden the students educational oppor- tunites. Although classes are a major part of school life, students still find time for other interests. Morning and afternoon breaks provide students with time to relax and meet with friends. Another part of school life begins when the 3:30 bell rings for those students involved in clubs, band and atheltics. Life at LHS has all the Right Stuff. fl.
