PRINCIPAL F L Richard fi Sanders VERY AIR FORCE squadron must have a leader to co- ordinate the movements of all the planes into one well- lubricated machine. Our school is such a machine, and therefore we too must have a squadron leader. Such a person is the principal. All the pieces of this machine are placed in his hands so that he may assemble them into one well-lubricated machine. PRlNClPAL'S MESSAGE DEAR GRADUATES: As you near the end of your four years in this great technical school, it might be well to look back over your many experiences and to evaluate what you have learned in terms of some general purpose or aims. Stated rather briefly, the aim of education should be to prepare one to become an expert in some vocation or art and in the gen- eral art of living as a free man and citizen in a democratic society. Our high school experiences should give us much of the know- ledge, understandings, and abilities necessary to insure our can- tinuing growth toward these goals.
