. if ,wk f . J' Q' DON HASEMAN Don was born on July 17, 1932 in Chicago. He attended the Bernard Moos school, from which he came to Lane. He has taken part in several activities here. Don was a member of the Student Council, captain ofthe Hallguards, officer of the Roller Club and a member of the Pan-American Club. Don plans on entering a college in California and on making his home there. C PETER PETERSON Chairman-Prom Committee Pete was born on June 20, 1931. After graduating from Bud- long grammar school he attended Amundsen before coming to Lane. ln his third year he tried out for the wrestling team and won his letter. He was also active on the Gymnastic, Cross-Country and Track teams. He was elected president of the Sioux Hi-Y and was an active member of the Lettermen's Club. Pete plans to attend college following graduation to study architecture. NORBERT HIERL Chairman-Entertainment Committee Nob was added to the population on November 8, 1932. He attended St, Alphonsus elementary school, and after graduating he entered Lane with technical training in mind. Nob's was active in football, l. M. sports and as Tech Prep was a li e-guard. I CHARLES JOHNSON Co-Chairman-Arrangement Committee Since coming to Lane after graduating from Prescott Grammar School in '46, Charles has been an active figure in many school activities. He has held membership in Mask and Shears, Lane Daily, Student Council, Camera Club, and Slide Rule Club. ln his final year at Lane, he became Ed.torial Editor of the Daily, Charles was born in Chicago, July 8, l933. He plans to go to college to study architecture after graduation. O SAM CARUSO Chairman-Biography Committee Since entering Lane after graduating from the Immaculate Heart of Mary school, Sam has been active in many sports and activities. He is an old face around the locker room with the Cross Country, Track and Football teams. Sam also belonged to the Tech Prep and Daily staffs and was a Hallguard officer. He was the president of the Printer's Club. Having been in the National Honor Society, he plans to further his education by attending College.

ANDERSON Chairman-Picture Committee Ronald, born in Chicago on July 7, l932, was graduated from the Budlong grammer school and came to Lane in Septmember'47 after attending Amundsen for a year. At Lane he participated in the Gymnastic and Skating teams, Lettermen'S Club, l. M. Sports, Sioux Hi-Y, S. H. Auto Shop and Agriculture Club. After grad- uation, Ronald wishes to take his apprenticeship for carpentry. O HOWARD GROSKY Chairman-Pin and Ring Committee Howard was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 2, l932. Upon Graduating from Gale grammar school, he attended Sullivan High where he played on the baseball team. Howard came to Lane in his second year and began to concentrate on school, raising his average to over 90. He has participated in l. M. Sports, is a 4A architect and plans on continuing study in architecture at the University of Illinois. DONALD LUBY Chairman-Publicity Committee After graduation from St. Bonadventure grammer school, Don entered Lane and decided an a Smith-Hughes printing course. While at Lane he belonged to the Roller Club, Printer's Club, Track Team, Annual and Daily staffs. Don was born on November 4, l932 in Chicago. Upon grad- uation, he plans on entering college. I EUGENE NELSON Chairman-Student Service Committee Gene was born in Chicago on August 22, l93l. He attended several grammar schools but finally came to Lane from Mozart. He participated in I. M. Sports and was on the second place soft- ball team in l948, He was also budget collector and a Tech Prep salesman. Gene plans on entering the field of carpentry after Qraduation. RAYMOND H. DUST Chairman--Swing Committee After graduating from Langland elementary school, Ray en- tered Lane and began to participate in many activities. He is president of the Roller Club and belongs to the Dance Club, Smith-Hughes Machine and the Railroad Club. He also played in l. M. Sports during his four years at Lane. Ray was born October 28, l93l. Upon graduation, Ray plans to go to college for two years and then to work.
