THE OPERATION of the slide projector is a necessary part of the proiectionist's education, PREPARING TO SHOW another interesting movie are Gorney lfrontl and Peterson. 123 SPUCING FILM is one of the functions of the Running the many projectors throughout the school as well as keeping them in usable condition is a tall order well-filled by the Projectionists' Club. Their job would be difficult indeed without the help and instruction offered by Mr. Sherman, the club sponsor. Trained in the operation of the valuable machines, these boys are ready for any emergency.

When students take lithography under Mr Losee they learn more than o method ot printing. Art, chemistry and photography are other important ports at this valuable skill, During the semester the class visits major companies and sees demonstrations at equipment. The Camera Club, sponsored by Mr, Siedband, was organized in l935, Box cameras were used by students in these early days ot the club. Today the club members use the latest releases in photographic equipment ond produce some very good pictures lt you are interested in photography and its development you might see Mr. Siedboncl about joining the Club. lt's quite informative and fun DEMONSTRATING the process ot making the plate in the Litho shop are Graber and Adams. Row. Feltz, McDaniels, Whalen, Lofgren, Jones Fermoyle. 1 With splashes of color, a fiery autumn scene is depicted, in spring, cool pastels represent a welcome event: the rebirth of nature. Posters urging careful driving and observation of safety rules are seen all over the city. The art department is credited with all at these creations, as well as with the preparation of young men aspiring to various fields of art. ART WORK at its best is the object ot Mr. Young and his class. 124 FIRST CLASS WORK is done by Lotgren under Mr, Topp's watchful eye.
