Having long ohserved the ways hv which former lodgers evaded rules and slipped into town, Bax should he master of those techniques. And so he thought, hut his stars are unpropitious. Infallible stratagems fail Tony: thus, he holds another record-Landon's most campused individual. Indeed, many as- sert that he has never seen Bethesda from September to june.
