The Lions uncovered a great passing combination in Billy Snead and Buddy Eriedlin who completed l3 ot 23 tosses, but were stopped on the ground and Plant came through with a 2512 triumph. Landon vs. Miami Edison Although the match was rated a toss-up be- fore game time, Landon turned on a terriiic ground attack and completely crushed a game Edison eleven 26-O.
