Billy Cavin Freeze, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Freeze, was born in Rowan County, Landis, North Carolina, on the 22nd day of April, 1930. He died at the Lowrance Hospital in Moores- ville, North Carolina, February 17, 1946, at 6:55 A. M. He lived exactly 15 years, 9 months, and 25 days. Billy joined the First Evangelical Reformed Church on April 1, 1945. Here he attended faithfully until his death. He was a student of Landis High School and well liked by both students and faculty members. Billy took part in all the athletics of the school and was very popular among his schoolmates. As a member of the 10th grade he is missed by all who knew him. Slmll I my that what heaven gave Earth har taken?
