ARTICLE I. We first direct that such taxes as victory, income, social security, amusement and luxury, be re- funded to us immediately. We also direct that all unpaid bills, such as speeding fees, jail fines, over parlclng fees, doctor bills, funeral expenses, and our insane asylum tuitions, be paid by the Junior Class. ARTICLE II.
