CLASS POEM 1. At last the day of days has come When we must bid our fond adieusg The future vaguely beckons us, All cloaked in mists of rosy hues. 2. We'll miss this place we've grown to love- Oui' teachers, friends, and classmates dear: And though our ways are far apart, Our loving hearts will linger here. , 3. 'X . With graduation as our goal, We struggled on and scorned defeat: At last the victory is won, Our happiness should he complete. 4. And yet when we should gaily smile, Our eyes are filled with Ionmng tears: lVe say goodbye to each dear f1'iend, And turn to fave The future years. 5. And so we leave these friendly halls, With higher goals and aims in view: And to our Alma Mater dear, Our memories will e'er he true.
