SENIORS What is a Senior? A black stripe, an air of con- fidence, conscientious nursing care, willingness to help. All aspects of nursing have been tex- plored, leaving her with a big decision. Will it be college, medical-surgical nursing, marriage, service in the armed forces, social work, or any other field available to nurses?

A C D L V A I 5 S S 0 R Dear Graduates, I have watched your progress these past three years with great interest, much enthusiasmn and some amusement. These have not been easy years for you, but I believe you now possess confidence and enjoy a sense of accomplishment. Each and everyone of us has passed many individual milestones since we first encountered each other in Psychology Class. You have spent many hours in the classroom and clinical areas-now you are about to be presented to the world with your new found knowledge. Some of you will remain here at Lancaster General, but most of you will carry our cap and pin to distant points on the globe. Wear them with pride, for you possess the ability to carry out comprehensive, intelligent and sympathetic nursing care. Thank you for permitting me to relive my years of training through you and your. class. Your friend- liness, zeal and interest have certainly madepthese three years enjoyable and memorable ones for me. I shall miss you, but each one of you has left me with' a momento of yourself, and so I have a wonderful scrap- book of memories. I would liketo leave with you a thought which has helped me many times through the years. If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed nothing shall be impossible unto you. QMatthew 172205 Congratulations and best wishes in your future. Sincerely Linda R. Buckwalter, R.N., B.S. C I I I I CLASS COLOR.
