S0 is her Face Illimiiiied with heir Eyes. Faye is a good sport who usually knows every- thing about anything. Her characteristic laugh is often heard ringing thr-ough the halls of H519 .Duke . Those big brown eyes and that fiashing smile add much to her charm. She literally lives on hoagies , but loves to eat almost anything palatable. Her outside interests include sports of any kind, good music, movies and last, but not least, Dan. We all think of the voice when we think of Faye. Her beautiful contralto solos have been heard many times in our glee club concerts. She really made the girls swoon at the party down 2113 By-berry when she sang Bill . Her attire is equally neat whether it be lin uniform or in the best formal of tulle over rustling taffeta. Being cool and collected, she handles situations competently on duty. Her qualities of leadership were revealed in the capacity of chairman of the Student Council Social Committee. She possesses an acute attraction for Buicks, food, classical and popular music, pretty clothes, airplanes, tall, dark and handsome gentlemen, and Florida. Her leisure time is occupied by letter writ- ing, exercising QYJ, knitting and playing hostess to all classmates congregating in her room. We know she'll be a success in whatever field she enters. SHIRLEY ANN GEIB Shirley Rexmiont, Pa. A Good Laugh is Sunshine in the House. Long brunette tresses, Winsome smile, neat figure and a generous portion of height-this is the recipe for Shirley. She is one of the fortunate lasses who sports a sparkler ion the th-ird finger of her left hand. Shirley is the pfossessor of a keen sense of hum- or, she likes jokes, flat shoes, dark lipstick, and a certain convertible Chevrolet. She is one -of the original 539y' gang and an eager participant of the many Ugab sessions . Ask Shirley Where her mfind was when she accidently took the visitor's temperature instead of the patient's. She and Pickel, usually seen together, :illustrate the long and short 'of it . A trace of a la Dutch is found in her speech. Shirley :is usually in the center of any gaiety and her happy-go-lucky nature has won her many friends. JOAN ANN FREY Joan 436 East Petersburg Rd., Lititz, Pa. Nothing Great Was Ever Achieved Witlzoziat Pcrsevercnce. Quiet, reserved, yet fun-loving describe this classmate Wh-o hails from the famous Upretzel town . Other than nursing, J'oan.ie's finterests include classical music-of which she has many records- and eating. She .is famous for her Lititz pretzels and luscious homemade fudge. Joanie can also be seen knitting when off duty and is quite an expert at it. And-we can't forget-she is the lucky reci- pient of many letters from that northern land of Alaska. Joan has proven herself to be a good nurse and steady Worker, and has especially enjoyed her psychiatric training at Philadelphia State. Her future plans vary between psychiatric work and public health nursing.
