It is only through the selfless devotion of our principal, Father Taylor, and of our teachers, and all the faculty helpers, that we are able to achieve our highest goals in high school. The students know that Father Taylor is genuinely concerned with the scholastic pursuits and the spiritual welfare of every- one of the students. The priests of our parish churches are vitally interested in the maintenance and in the work of the high school. Some of the priests come to the high school each week for special religious instruc- tions. The twenty-six sisters on the faculty are women whose lives have been dedicated to the work of educa- tion of youth according to true Christian principles. The Franciscan Sisters from Glenriddle, Pennsylvania, guide us in our explorations of science, math and the German language. The Sisters of the Holy Cross of Notre Dame, Indiana, teach English and all related activities. The social studies, industrial and fine arts are under the capable direction of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary from Westchester, Pennsylvania. The Sisters of Mercy of Dallas, Penn- sylvania, teach French, Latin, and all commercial sub- jects. Under the direction of Miss Mary Patricia Wallace, Mr. Robert Graupensberger and Mr. Carmine Tag- lieri our physical education program is tops All of our varsity sports, as well as intramurals, gym classes, and instruction in health and safety come under their supervision. We students are grateful to them and to all the good men and women of Lancaster county who add in any way to our educational program. The school office is under the expert care of Miss Jeanette Gigl assisted by Mrs. William Gigi. 'li
