As we approach the conclusion of our studies at Lancaster School of the Bible, we, the graduating class of l965, feel that we should gratefully dedicate our yearbook to an individual who is worthy of our genuine respect and love. Finding an individual who adequatelyfulfills the qualifications we de- cided upon was not at all difficult. We looked for an individual who loves his Lord, lives in the light of this love, humbly portrays this Godly love to his associates, and seriously presents the Word of God to us after having spent many hours in preparation for class, making our class hours well worth while. We looked for an individualwho was never too busy to happilytake time out ofa busy schedule to share our ioys and our sorrows and to offer advice. We looked for one who knew where he stood and could be dogmatic when necessary, one who was respected by men in authoritative positions, and to whom other faculty members went for assistance. More than this we looked for a person who was friendly and happy as he carried out his varied responsibilities. It would seem humanly impossible to find one person who could efficiently execute all these detailed assignments, but it really was not difficult to finda gentleman of this cal- ibre right here at Lancaster School of the Bible. We found a man who fulfilled the characteristics we have mentioned plus many more, a friend who will always be fondly re- membered in our hearts. So we, the class of l965, have gratefully decided to dedicate our i965 ICHTHUS to our friend, teacher, counselor, dogmatic and dearly beloved Dean--Thomas O. Figart. Ai . A, 5 Q
