In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wis¬ dom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3). The spiritual viewpoint of the true Christian is the right approach to learning. It puts everything in the correct perspective. He that is spiritualdiscerneth all things (11 Corinthians 2:15). The Christian student and the born-again teacher in a spiritual atmosphere constitute the ideal set-up for education. This situation is fulfilled at the Lancaster School of the Bible. It is a privilege to participate in the activity of such an institution. I thank God for the opportunity and responsibility of teaching young people who know and love our Lord. CLYDE HARRINGTON FACULTY Philippians 3:10-11 My great desire is to come to know Him better and better as the days go by. What a blessing it is to be able to live in the constant enjoyment of His resurrection power. Our Lord calls us into fellowship with Himself, and that fellowship includes every phase of the world ' s hostility to Him and to His doctrine. I need not deceive myself by suggesting that this is easily attained: it is a process in which only those who are actuated by deep love for Christ and who recognize and rely upon the work of the indwelling Spirit will find any joy whatever. But it is all necessary if we are to apprehend the purpose for which Christ lives for us. For this I pray daily. H. ROBERT JACKSON Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 More than ever do I feel that the above words should furnish a pattern for both teacher and student in Bible School. These are days when either ultra dispensationalism or none at all are abroad and it is a great joy to be able to teach young people in some measure how to obey Paul ' s great word to Timothy. It is with increasing joy that I purpose doing this so long as God gives me breath. OSCAR M. KRAYBILL

I am thankful to God for the privilege of having a small part in the training of young people who are dedicated to the Lord and desire that men may be saved. If we are to hold forth the Word of life in the midst of a perverse generation, it is important to remember the example and principle set forth by Paul in 1 Corinthians 9:20-22, along with the necessary spiritual qualifications. CLARKE E. BURKHOLDER FACULTY Joy to the world, the Lord is come. These well known words bring to mind thoughts of song, a season of giving and receiving gifts, and of good will to men. And yet the gifts of our Heavenly Father are without season, falling upon us continually! I am thankful for the great gift of salvation through faith and the unceasing gifts of peace, strength, and joy in Christ Jesus. For He has come and is coming again: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see Him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of joy. GRACE E. DOAN If it were not for the marvelous grace of God, I may have been numbered among those who are to¬ day classed as Juvenile Delinquents. But because the Lord saved me, I know that He is willing to bring all boys and girls to a full knowledge of Christ as Saviour. What a glorious privilege it is to have a share in reaching children with the Gospel today! May the Holy Spirit make you His instrument to give the Word of Life to benighted boys and girls. E. BERYL HAMPTON

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain... John 15:16. Converted late in life, it is a continuous source of praise that our precious Lord called me into His service to help train the students whom He hath chosen to bring forth fruit. After serving at another Bible School for near¬ ly nine years, at a time when I would have chosen otherwise, in a truly miraculous way He again led me to continue in His service. For this high privilege, I thank my God. ROBERT LATHAM FACULTY The joy of sharing is one of the enriching experiences of the Christian life. This has been true for me in the fourteen years of teaching in the school. The joy of teaching is one of its abiding rewards. But if I have given anything of spiritual value to the students, I have received much more from them. I owe much to those who have sat in my classes. And to all the students, and the graduating class in particu¬ lar, I say sincerely Thank You for your contribution and God bless you. HARRY C. MARK The Lord Jesus, the greatest teacher of all ages, has set forth the best possible principle for teaching His Word. This He demonstrated with His disciples. He not only taught His doctrine; He lived it in their very midst. If our doctrine does nothing to our life it is hardly conceivable that we shall be able to so present it so as to constrain others to action. As teachers, our prayer is that the teaching you have received here at the Lancaster School of the Bible will have been such by both Word and deed as to cause each of you to be teachers regardless of that field unto which you are called. May your teaching by Word and deed bring forth many doers of the Word and not hearers only. WILLIAM J. RANDOLPH
