Becker. BOARD of TRUSTEES The Board of Trustees consists of ten persons elected by the Corporation to serve for a period of two years. The board meets regularly each month as required by the Constitution, and on many occasions two or three times a month, to carry out the business transactions of the school. Meetings continue throughout the summer months while the school is in recess. All meetings are opened with the reading of the Word of God which is followed by a season of prayer. The Trustees ask God for wisdom and the Holy Spirit to lead in every transaction. The blessing of the Lord is also sought for the students, faculty, Staff and Alumni. The duties of the Board of T ”stees are to control and to manage the affairs of the school. Some of the items this would incluaj re: The making of investments; the buying of property; care and maintenance of existing properties; appropriation of money for specific purposes; promotional work and planning of all tyoes; decisions on the number of faculty members needed; their spiritual and academic qualifications; and the rate of remuneration for their services. Major discipline problems are also handled by the board.

ADMINISTRATION STAFF As we look back over this year at the Lancaster School of the Bible, we are amazed how rapidly time has flown. We can with joyful hearts really say God has done great things whereof we are glad. One of the many great things He has done is the supplying of an able and conse¬ crated Administration Staff. We praise Him for those who have willingly sacrificed all in order to be of service here. Daily do we experience the manifestations of the chief desire of their hearts, that of guiding and helping us in anyway possible for His glory. This year a few additions have been made to the staff, namely, a Dean of Women, a Dean of Men, and a Director of Christian Service. We can testify to the blessing and help these three additions have been to each of us. Not only is the staff willing and able to be of help to us individually and as a group, but each member is a living testimony and a worthy example of Him we love and serve. The challenging messages and dynamic Christian life of our President, the Christian love manifested along with the discipline of our Deans, the assistance we have received from the Directors of the Department of Christian Service and Department of Missions, the friendly smile and efficiency of our Book Room Secretary, and the labour of love of our Dietician and Superintendent of Building and Ground, have all made our year a blessed one. m WILLIAM J.
