SENIOR PROPH CY mation recently when a member, Raymond Tatman, announced that a former army buddy had discovered in the New Mexico deserts, a radio-active mirror which had gone. through the atom bomb tests. This mirror, it was discovered, had the very uniquef quality of reflecting events twenty years before their occurrence. This was veryg interesting news since the 19L8 graduates were very eager to know what the future' held in store for them. Through Raymond's influence an interview was arranged ands granted to a representative of the class who traveled to the West, viewed thisg remarkable phenomenon,and reported the following informatiaaconcerning the seniors of l9h8. Heg is at home south of Lamont and seems to be getting along very well with his wife,' a former Madison girl. 5 Gene Fankhauser has put Lamont on the map. His wife, the former Doris Schwab, who kept the accounts of the firm for so manyw years, is now kept quite'busy with'their new set of twins. v The two spinsters of the senior class, Mary Winzeler and Phyllis Ott, are nowf well known for their travels abroad. They recently have arrived in New York from? Europe and will start econ on a tour of the various universities of the Uhitedg States. Their new book, vlnnide Argentina,W of which they are co-authors, wentg on the market early this year and is fast becoming a best seller. E Ray Luthi has taken Phog Allen's place as head of the K. U. basketball team. His teams have won several national championships during the past few years and: this year is no exception. They will play in the world olympics soon.
