Greek Organizations Panhellinic Council As a result of the new administrative system, the PANHELLENIC and INTERFRATERNITY COUNCILS experienced a change in personnel. Sara and Ed Phillips, the associate deans of stu- dents, assumed the duties of advisers to the Coun- cils. Although each year the members of the two Councils differ, the organizational structures re- main the same. Each sorority elects or appoints one voting delegate, and alternate delegate, and an officer of the Panhellenic Council. In addition, the presidents, rush chairmen, and advisers of the four sororities belong to the Council. The Interfra- ternity Council is composed of an officer, dele- gate, and the president of each fraternity with the faculty adviser of each as an ex-officio member.
