Concert Fills Athletic Center A highlight of the spring activities was a concert featuring Barry Man- Mow sponsored by Lambuth ' s Administration and Student Gov- ernment. Over 2,000 people filled the Athletic Center to watch the band ' s superb performance, which consisted of songs ranging from current hits to a medley of Mani- low ' s commercial jingles. The high point of the performance was Man- ilow ' s appearance on stage in a Lambuth College T-shirt. Top left: Barry Manilow ' s keyboard player concentrates on his performance. Warm Weather Encourages Campus Activity With warm weather beginning in early spring and lasting through most of the fall, students often found themselves outside enjoying friends and games rather than remaining behind closed doors. With the sun shining and a game of frisbee going, few students could resist the temptation to join the latest activity on the quadrangle. Some students even discovered studying was not as difficult when lying on the grass or under a tree. ■ I 3ft
