With the revitalization of life in nature, an exciting program of activities marked the Spring Semester. Sponsored by the SGA and 2nd Dimension, Senator How- ard Baker gave a speech, adding a political perspective to the campus. Socially, the every weekend for- mals and the Talent Show spon- sored by the Freshman Class helped change the pace from win- ter doldrums to spring happenings. By the end of the semester, the fever of excitement rose to a maxi- mum as the long awaited gradua- tion bells became a reality. In May, when the annual Honors Day Convocation was held, twenty-two Lambuth students were recognized for scholastic achieve- ments and various contributions to the college. Colors of Nature Enhance Beauty of Campus Enhancing the college community ' s enjoyment of the Lambuth campus are the colorful changes that Nature brings with her seasonal variations. Stealthily creeping over the campus, Nature spreads the delicate shades of spring over the brilliant whiteness of winter and replaces the lush hues of summer with the myriad browns and golds of fall. With each transformation, the campus takes on a new look, and the students respond with a host of new activities. • i r -
