According to the Student Association Constitution, the Student Honor Court shall have original jurisdiction in all campus traffic violations, and cases concerning the willful intent of a student to misappropriate, steal, or sell the property of another person, shall have the power to resolve any question of constitutional interpretation, and shall have the power to rule as to the validity of impeachment charges.
