It is published annually or seniiannually by the PULSE staff. Manuscripts may be submitted by any full or part time Lamar student. The two issues published during the 71959-60 college year were due to the combined efforts of a small group of students headed by James Mellard. The enthusiasm which greeted PULSE assured them that their efforts were Well spent.
