Beta Tau, the Lamar Tech chapter, was installed to help promote art at Lamar Tech and in the com- munity. The chapter holds art shows, gives art lectures in area high schools, and sponsors one man shows on the campus. Field trips and liilms are used to supplement the creative work of the inemhers.
