Unfortunately, we tend to remember the longer than the positive, and the impression is much more vivid. To succeed in some way in some thing is the good of us all, and in looking at the overall school record this past year, it is easy to see that many of you succeeded in many different endeavors. For the most part, I have enjoyed this past year more than any other year since I entered the teaching arena, and for this I owe the student body much credit All of you, with minor exceptions, have been a credit to your parents and most of all to yourselves. With the prevailing philosophy that most of you have, your problems will be minimal and surmountable, which is a further tribute to your character. May the coming years be as fruitful for all of you as was the 1971-1972 school year. ' Daryl Olson, L.S. H. 's principal, is an important man. It takes alot of work to make a school go round, he's the one that keeps things going.
