Another example might be if you're new to the school, and don't really know anyone yet. Karen Baumann, ka new senior, feels that, Lakewood was harder to adjust to than Kennedy High School was. Getting to know other people was tough. The good times, however, far outnumber the bad, especially at events such as Homecomingaor Spring Fling, when almost everyone is involved in some activity. Pam Inman commented, Most of the students possess individual interests, yet when everyone is at a football game or some school activity, the unity is great. That's what makes Lakewood awesome! Hours of Pompon practice pay off for Mina Lim and allow Judy Anderson to enjoy the games with her friends. Theme 5
