Assistant Superintendent Samuel S. Dickey Managing the financial end of the mul- ti-million dollar business that is the Lakewood Public School System is the job of Assistant Superintendent Samuel S. Dickey. As the right-hand man of Superintendent Essex, he also oversees the multitudinous details that keep the schools running smoothly.
